The main floor has 3 large bedrooms each with a luxurious, king sized bed, elegant furnishings, lighting and vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom and a second bedroom have en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a TV and an extra full sized bed — perfect for youngsters who want to sleep in the same room as their parents. The second bedroom has a sliding glass door to the back patio overlooking the backyard.
The fourth bedroom and third full bathroom are downstairs. This bedroom has a king bed as well as bunk beds. The house also has a crib and highchair (please bring your own crib bedding).
The center of the home is a gracious living room with an open plan dining area and kitchen. Your family will flow seamlessly through the well appointed space. The dining room table comfortably seats 10 people. A large outdoor dining table plus 10 chairs are located just off the kitchen on the back patio overlooking the pool.
The Kitchen is fully stocked and loaded with kitchenware, coffeemakers, cooking essentials, microwave oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. The second kitchen downstairs has a full sized refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, kid plates cups and a table for four.
The walk-out ground floor heads to the pool. It is fully furnished and filled with fun equipment (foosball, table tennis, games and bar), and a TV , game and reading nook. The house is filled with books for all ages and tastes. Feel free to borrow any book you like and you can return it at your leisure via mail.
House has 5 striped pool towels, two linen beach towels and plenty of white bath towels. Please bring a few extra beach towels for a large group. The house has five pool loungers, two beach chairs, a fire pit, and outdoor seating around the pool for six people.
Upon request and 3-4 bikes are available with a small deposit. Please bring your own lock and helmets. We also have 4 scooters (la scoota and razor brands). This is a kids’ paradise!
Some house rules: Maximums of 3 cars in driveway (a 4th car will be the owner’s car off to the side). No street parking overnight. No parties permitted. Music must be kept indoors and should not face outwards towards neighboring homes. Trash must be cared for responsibly and taken to curb on Tuesday nights for pickup.
