This beautiful vacation villa is located in a quiet yet central area in southwest Cape Coral. It offers enough space for 6 people on 1844 sqft and enchants with its charm. The view of the heated saltwater pool (no smell of chlorine and particularly kind to the skin) and the green surroundings, including palm trees, gives you that holiday feeling at all times.

The absolute highlight of this villa is the lovingly planted palm garden with outdoor sofa and dining area for 6 people with Smart TV, which invites you to linger. A modern, south-facing saltwater pool awaits you. The pool area also has an outdoor shower. The pool itself can be atmospherically illuminated. The "Sunshelf" and the beautiful seating area in the pool await our little guests. Sun loungers, pool games and floating beanbags make relaxation perfect. The covered terrace and dining area, including the outdoor kitchen with sink and gas grill, give you the opportunity to spend cozy BBQ evenings outdoors. A fridge for refreshing drinks makes your BBQ perfect.

There is room for the whole family at the dining table. The kitchen with panoramic sink is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and utensils as well as a Kitchen Aid food processor and a large side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker and much more. The kitchen bar is perfect for a quick breakfast or a snack in between.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest bathroom.

The three bedrooms are very comfortable and modern. High-quality bed linen and comfortable mattresses ensure unique sleeping comfort. The large sliding door in the master bedroom lets you wake up in the morning in a beautiful king size bed overlooking the pool. The other two bedrooms are furnished with a king size bed and a queen size bed. Each of these bedrooms has a Smart TV. The main bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in rain shower. The view of the small palm courtyard when showering is particularly refined, with absolute privacy. The two guest rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower.

The living area, together with a modern eat-in kitchen, has 538 sqft of living space. A cozy sofa landscape is the perfect place to relax in front of the Smart TV. A Sonos system is installed for the perfect sound. Beach towels, umbrella and cool box are provided for your beach trip.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. No exceptions. Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
