A great advantage of the estate is the quick connection to the city center, thanks to the streetcar line, whose stop is a 5-minute walk away. The nearest subway station can be reached by streetcar in just 12 minutes. The estate is not only well connected to the city center, but also provides the maximum level of comfort in the immediate vicinity. A grocery store is located on the first floor of the building.
