The home features 4 generously sized bedrooms + a 5th, non-conforming bedroom in the lower level. There’s also a set of twin bunk beds in the lower level, in an open space, off the family room. Also available, is a queen size air mattress that can be used in any room. The home includes two private en-suites, for a total of 3.5 bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.
The interior of the home features stylish furnishings and décor, throughout with: Two family rooms, an electric fireplace, a custom-built bar, generous size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two ovens, and a large island, a formal dining room, and a half bath, all on the main level, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels both elegant and comfortable.
For those who like to stay active or simply indulge, enjoy the full equipped workout space, complete with an infrared sauna and a golf simulator; ideal for year-round recreation.
Then step outside to your own private oasis; a 6-person hot tub and a large in-ground pool, with a sundeck, slide and diving board, surrounded by ample space for lounging, entertaining, or soaking up the sun. Also included, are two fire pits, a gas grill and a smoker, and outdoor dining set on the deck. Whether you're hosting a gathering or enjoying a quiet morning coffee poolside, this outdoor space is a true highlight.
