Welcome to The Birdland, a stunning vacation rental completed in summer 2022, showcasing an exceptional outdoor space centered around a spacious pool. With its west orientation, bask in the sun all day long and savor breathtaking sunsets over the canal from the hot tub or the boat deck featuring a charming Tiki Hut. Grill up delicious meals with ease using the gas grill on the terrace for memorable barbecue evenings.

This vacation rental is a boater's dream, with only minutes to the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico, offering easy access to water adventures.

Inside, discover four bedrooms adorned with two king-size and two queen-size beds, providing ample accommodation for up to 8 guests. The three bathrooms, all featuring showers, ensure convenience, with one offering direct access to the pool deck. The kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, is ideal for casual dining, while the living room, furnished with a comfortable couch, invites you to unwind in the evenings while enjoying TV entertainment.

This property was absolutely amazing. The pool and hot tub was everything we could ask for. Very luxurious home with all the amenities. We would definitely stay here again. The check in/out process was very easy. Management very nice and understanding.

10/10This house was terrific. It was modern and clean. The hot tub and pool were our favorite spots to chill after a long day. It was in a perfect location with a beautiful view. The property managers were excellent to deal with. On day two, the A/C stopped working, and Dennis came right over to check it out. He had a technician there within hours to repair it. We could not have been more thankful. We will be back!

Great Home

I have stayed at many VRBO homes and this home was one of the best experiences I have had. It was a great place to stay!! Everything about it was awesome. The home had everything you needed for a short term stay. The beds were really comfortable, kitchen had all the things you would need, the pool and spa were very nice. The property management company communicated everything very well from the first contact of booking to the actual stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Summer Getaway

We booked the birdland for a quick getaway visiting family down in Fort Myers. We had a lovely 5 day stay. The house is updated and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The pool was a hit with my family. Management came to do a walk through for check in and check out to explain everything with the house. It was so helpful to have a hands on explanation of how to use the pool. It was a wonderful experience overall and we would definitely come back.

Great house and location -clean and nicely put together-everything new as it was recently built-large master suite-televisions in every room including outside at the pool-nice pool and hot tub however heater is not sufficient for cool(not cold) temperatures-however excellent help and feedback from manager of property Dennis—missing and not yet replaced was the pool enclosure due to the hurricane -

Great experience

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Florida this winter and loved staying at the Birdland in Cape Coral. It’s a newer, beautiful home with all the amenities anyone would need. The pool and spa in the screened-in lanai provided many hours of leisurely relaxation. As a bonus, we had 3 burrowing owls nesting in the front yard and, coincidently, the annual Cape Coral Burrowing Owl Festival took place during our stay. Our host Claudia and property manager Dennis are wonderful people and easy to work with. Dennis will meet with you after you have arrived to go over everything, explain the pool/spa controls, and answer any questions or concerns you may have. This is our 8th year snow birding and the first time that a host has offered to do this. We are 100% satisfied with our stay. Ted and Chris

So relaxing!

My husband and I just returned from a week's stay at The Birdland. The villa was exactly what we were looking for, upscale and relaxing. The neighborhood is residential, but conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and main roads. The garage had fishing poles and beach items available. The home was clean and had essentials. The beds were very comfortable, I believe, made of memory foam. The outdoor space was great. We didn't need to turn the heater on in the pool at all, but we did for the hot tub in the evening. The pool was the perfect size for floating and soaking up some sun. We enjoyed the infinity edge of the pool as it easily swept up any bugs that came into the pool, as it does with heavy rains sometimes. However, the birdcage surrounding the pool was great and didn't distract from the view. We especially enjoyed watching the pack of iguanas that live in the roof of the tiki hut. Each morning, they would come out, sun themselves, and take off for the day. Then, in the late afternoon, they would return. The only negative I would mention is the lack of window coverings in the main living area of the house. This was especially noticeable in the evening. While sitting in the TV area, there is no escaping the setting sun, which can be strong. Even though there are no homes directly behind The Birdland, you still feel as if you are in a fishbowl at night. This is a minor thing and would not prevent me from coming again. I would highly recommend this for any family!

Claudia was very responsive to my questions before we arrived at the property. Dennis met us there when we checked in. He was so nice and was so responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

Wir haben als Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (9 15 Jahren) 2 Wochen in der Villa „The Birdland“ unseren Urlaub verbracht… von der Buchung bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt! Das Haus ist einfach toll und die Lage war für uns ideal und sehr zentral. Alles tipptopp sauber, keine Mängel und eine sehr freundlich und schnelle Kommunikation. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir werden wieder kommen.
