Our cozy retreat is located in a very convenient location: 14 miles to newark airport, 1.5miles to train station & <4 miles to grocery stores. This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home has a fully equipped kitchen, fenced backyard with pool, firepit and BBQ machine, comfortable furnishing, massage chair and a 4 car driveway. We invite you to come and simply sit back and relax while we do our best make your vacation a memorable experience!

First floor-
Fully equipped kitchen - fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, grinder.Also dinnerware, cookware and Cutlery. Please bear in mind that there's NO Dishwasher.
Dedicated Formal dinning room for meals or for remote work
living room with comfortable seating, TV, Massage chair, electric fireplace, Game corner for kids to enjoy some board games or read a book.
Backyard; the perfect place to spend your summer days either making a splash in our above ground pool or soaking up the sun on our sun bed. And when it gets chilly in the evening, gather around the firepit to enjoy the sundown.
4 car driveway and plenty of free street parking.
Pool will be open from memorial day weekend to labor day weekend. Pool hours are between 10am and 8pm. please let us know your preferred time. so that we could adjust the pool pump timer. There's no lifeguard on duty and you can swim at your own risk. please follow the pool rules posted in the backyard.
Please NOTE: the Garage and Backroom leads to the basement are off limits to the guests. The CARETAKERS live in the backroom with their seperate entrance that faces the Backyard. They will not access the main house and will only pass through the driveway and deck to access their entrance. They will ensure the outdoor space is nice and clean for you to have the best home away experience ever. They will not disturb your privacy and outdoor maintenance such as cleaning the pool or removing the snow from the driveway or taking the garbage out, will be done on your preferred time.

The house is equipped with Vivint 24/7 Security System. we have 5 actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance, driveway and backyard which records video upon live motion in the area. There are NO cameras inside the house and NONE of the exterior cameras are pointing inside of the house. There are smoke detectors, doors and windows glass breaker sensors are part of the security system as well. We have taken all these safety measures to assure you that you can have a peace of mind that your family is safe in our home.

HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT?

We use JIGOO T600 Bed Vacuum after each booking. so all our mattresses are UV Sterilized and 15kpa Suction power allows to take away all the allergens and dust from the mattress.

We have High-Efficiency HEPA filtration Air Purifier in each floor.

We have a full body massage chair that can be used at your own risk. this service is entirely voluntary and free. Hosts are not responsible for any personal injury, damage or loss incurred while using the massage chair. This chair is not suitable for kids and the usage of this chair is strictly restricted to adults 21 and older.

We would love to enhance your stay with us by providing services that will sweeten up your vacation even more. These add-on services are available for an Extra Charge and depends on the Availability. The Services are as Follows:

Don't have a vehicle to drive around the city? Don't worry you can rent a vehicle from us through the Turo platform.

How would you like to wake up to a freshly made breakfast waiting for you at your doorstep? you can choose from our simple menu and it will be delivered to you at your preferred time. please be advised that food prepared may contain major allergens and we kindly request to notify us if you have any food allergies or intolerances. advance notice is required for this service.

As you know there is no self service laundry facility onsite. But don't worry , let us Spoil you by taking care of your Laundry. we are offering a pick-up & Drop-off Wash and fold services.

would you like to surprise your loved ones for a special day or celebrate an occasion in style? we offer customized and general gift basket hampers. personalized gift baskets require at least 2 weeks of advance notice.

upon booking we will give our phone numbers, the address and directions to the property. You can call us anytime during your stay with any questions or concerns.
long stay guests: Please report any maintenance issues so we can resolve them promptly; agree on cleaning schedule as needed. on rare occasions when damage occurs during a stay, please report it to us immediately so we can address it right away and ensure your comfort.
Before arrival if you could share a little bit about yourself and all the other guests, we will try our best to customize your stay and bring a smile to everyone joining with us.
If anything you need is not available in our home, please reach out to us. we will do our best to accommodate your needs. some of the things we can provide , but not limited to, are baby chair, playpen, cooler, extra pillows, bedsheets, towels, iron and ironing board, box fan and car seat for infants

House rules:
No extra overnight guests without host approval. our home can comfortably accommodate 5 adults. if additional guests needs to be added to the reservation, please let us know in advance

Strictly no parties nor events to be held at the property.

No vrbo related experience, services or events are allowed on thie property

Host will not be responsible for any packages or Mail delivered to the property or any items left behind.

No moving or rearranging the furniture both inside and outside

No unplugging of the main electronics

Quiet hours are between 9.30pm and 7.00am. We kindly ask to respect our neighbors. No loud outdoor music after 9.30pm.
we kindly ask that toilet paper NOT be flushed in the toilet. Instead. please dispose of used toilet paper in the provided waste bins.

The person who uses their Vrbo account to make the reservation must be present during the stay.

Strictly no smoking in the property and there will be a fine of $200 if this house rules is broken

No pets allowed.
checkout time is 10am. If the guests are not out of the property by 10.30am, there will be a late fee of $50 for every hour afterwards.

There will be a $500 fine if house rules were not respected and followed.

There will be a $100 fine for a missing remote.
