One set of keys will be provided, and there is a replacement fee if lost. Guests should always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. The home should be treated with care and respect, with no shoes on beds or furniture, and trash disposed of regularly. Any damage should be reported immediately.

Smoking is not allowed indoors but is permitted on terraces and in the garden. Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and guests are asked to be mindful of neighbors, especially in shared outdoor spaces.

The BBQ area is available for use, and guests are expected to clean it thoroughly afterward. The garden should be respected, and climbing trees or damaging plants is not permitted. Free, secure, private parking is available on-site. Air conditioning should be turned off when leaving the room or apartment, and should not be used with windows open.
