The hall bath, which is easily accessible from the main living area, features a shower/tub combination.



As an added bonus, our home also features a fully enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, providing added flexibility for larger groups and a convenient place to rinse off after the pool or beach.

Plenty of parking both in the driveway and in the garage.

• Camera at the front and sides of the property for safety.

• We are in a very nice residential neighborhood. Please be respectful.

• Please note that a $75 pet fee per pet per stay applies, with a max of 2 pets. Kindly inform us if you'll be bringing your furry friends so we can send you the fee request promptly.

• Please take note that we require all guests to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a Check In Form prior to your arrival.
