Cozy 3 Bedroom Home in Omaha

You will be in the heart of Omaha’s art and entertainment, just three blocks from Benson's Main Street, while enjoying the quiet side of our historic neighborhood.
You will have the entire home to yourself. With three cozy bedrooms equipped for comfort and relaxation and a fully functional kitchen, this is the perfect home base for exploring the city.
The Airport, Henry Doorly Zoo, CHI Event Center, Charles Shwab Field, Old Market, the Riverfront, and Coneflower are all within 15-20 minutes.

The space
This 1908 Craftsman home has lots of character while providing all the standard comforts and amenities.

It is two stories with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and one bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Each bedroom has a comfy bed and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep.

After dropping your shoes and bags in the entryway you enter into what we like to call “The Parlor”. This is one of my favorite places to curl up and read a book. It is also one of our two remote worker friendly areas. Login to the fast WIFI and use the office supplies in the desk.

There is a small play room for the kids just off the parlor. Your little one can cook up all sorts of fun! You can also find some yoga mats and other exercise equipment to use.

The dining room offers seating for 6 and there are a few games in the drawers of the buffet for you to play.

The living room offers the best natural light in the house. Relax, watch tv, or just enjoy the sun through the big south facing windows.

The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of closet and dresser space to unpack and get comfortable.

The fully equipped kitchen contains spices, pots, pans, baking sheets, knives, utensils, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, basic cleaning supplies, fire extinguisher, and pantry space for all of your essentials.

On the back porch there is a broom and Swiffer as well as an iron, steamer, and ironing board if you need one. Swiffer pads are located under the sink in the kitchen.

The first upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and is where you will find all of the kid friendly stuff. A rocking chair, books, pack-n-play, baby bath tub, changing pad, and sound machine are all available for you to use. There is a small stroller in the entryway closet downstairs.

More books for kids (and a few for you!) are in the hallway upstairs. There is also a desk with a keyboard and monitor if you need a workspace that is a little more tucked away.

The primary bedroom is also upstairs and boasts a king bed, walk-in closet, and TV.

There is central AC through the whole house and additional window AC units in the upstairs bedrooms to make sure you stay cool. The thermostat is located in the downstairs hallway.

The property has a fully fenced backyard with bistro table, chairs, and a playhouse. Enjoy the flower garden and maybe spot a firefly!

Guest access
Access to the house is easy! On check-in day, your unique code will be programmed into the smart keypad. You can use this code for secure, keyless entry for your entire stay.

Please stay out of the garage, attic crawlspaces, and the door in the kitchen labeled for cleaning staff.

There are five steps up to enter the front door and two steps up to the back door. There is not a wheelchair accessible entrance.
