Occupancy Limit
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
Exceeding this limit may result in immediate eviction without refund

Visitors Policy
Maximum of 2 visitors at any time
Overnight visitors must be declared in the reservation
After 2 guests: $15 USD per guest per night
Visitors staying more than 4 hours are considered guests
Undeclared guests: $20 USD per guest per night
