This clean, recently renovated & turnkey studio may not be huge, but it has everything you'll need for a wonderful stay in the heart of Ocean City (LOCATION, LOCATION) - less than 600 feet to the beach and boardwalk & walking distance to all local attractions & restaurants. Featuring beach theme decor throughout with ocean views, this is the place to enjoy yourselves while you relax & play!

Just mere steps away (less than half a block) from the beach and boardwalk, the restored historic Hanscom Building has an old world charm that nearby hotels lack. Our newly renovated condo known as "The Condo By The Sea" may not be all that huge, but it's bright, lovely, and has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay at the beach. Cook meals right in our kitchenette, watch Netflix throughout the day, do laundry in the building and head to the beach using our beach tags, towels, chairs and umbrella, we have all the essentials hotels won't offer and at a fraction of the cost! We have thought about just about everything you will need for your stay at The Condo By The Sea and provide a turnkey experience during your stay!

+ Enough room to sleep 2-3 comfortably (ideal for a couple or couple with one small child). Please keep in mind, the condo is very small, **ONLY 179 sq feet**, but cozy and the layout is laid out nicely to maximize the amenities and space during your stay. ****Although this unit could fit up to 2 adults and a toddler comfortably, we are also able to potentially accommodate 3 more guests at our newly renovated condo right down the hall, same floor and just a few doors down - pending availability in our schedule! + Queen size bed with a 2" gel cooling memory foam queen mattress topper that will accommodate two adults along with a pull-out twin floor mattress on wheels. You will have to move an end table, so the twin mattress can come out completely. Extra floor space may be very limited when mattress is out.
+ All linens included, bathroom towels and bedding! (This is a rarity for rentals in Ocean City)
+ Private bathroom with double door shower and upgraded granite countertop
+ WiFi is available throughout the entire building, not just in our unit.
+ Wall-mounted TV with cable and access to Netflix and Roku accounts included
+ Efficiency kitchen with all the amenities necessary to self-cater on nights you'd prefer to stay in or save on your food budget: small fridge, microwave, Keurig with k-cups, toaster, dual hot plates, pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils and silverware, cups, even wine glasses (if you want to buy a bottle or two before coming into town)
+ Includes a window AC unit and ceiling fan to keep you cool on hot days and warm summer nights
+ Dead bolt lock to secure the door to the condo, plus a security chain for the door for extra added security. The main front door to the building requires a key card after 7pm to access the building
+ Closet to store your clothes and luggage, hangers, storage bin for additional storage during your stay

Guest access
You'll have the whole condo to yourself! It's not huge, but it's cozy and inviting, and ideally situated in the heart of OCNJ! You are more than welcome to also use all the amenities of the building.

Other things to note
Enjoy the flexibility of self check-in and check-out!

SELF-CHECK IN anytime BETWEEN 4PM-7PM on your day of arrival.
SELF-CHECK OUT MUST BE BEFORE 11AM on your day of departure.
***Please note that you may incur extra charges, as it is important to allow for enough time for our professional cleaners to change over the room prior to the next guests' arrival.

+ No subletting or subleasing our space
+ Building management has recently been a stickler about bringing sand into the building, and they may assess extra cleaning fees if they discover that you enter the building without thoroughly rinsing off sand.
+ Easily access the building entrance using key cards provided.
+ You must return the key cards for the building at the end of your stay to avoid incurring the replacement fee ($50 each).
+ Keyless access to the unit: You will be provided with a unique code to easily unlock the condo door upon arrival and lock up every time you go out to enjoy beautiful Ocean City!
+ Please do not bring your bike into the building, as there is a bike rack behind the building for you to lock your bike up.
+ Please leave the condo as clean as possible, including cleaning of dirty dishes, to avoid extra cleaning fees billed to you for excessive cleaning needed.
+Please take out your trash before leaving the condo. There is a dumpster directly behind the building.

Restrictions:
+ No pets: This is a building policy.
+ No smoking of any kind in the condo and entire building. ***Anyone found to be smoking will be subject to a $500 fine by building management and will be evicted from your stay in our unit with no refunds on your stay. This includes tampering with the smoke detector.
+ No parties: The condo is only made to fit a few people comfortably (not an ideal location for big gatherings); the live-in building manager will follow up on noise disturbances if necessary.
