Walk to dinner at MiraMare for Italian on the bay, T-Michaels for steaks, Bayside Seafood Grill, M Waterfront Grille, or grab a casual bite at The Village Pub. Stay for the sunset, stroll back across the street.
A short walk west across Gulf Shore Boulevard takes you to Park Shore's private beach park — a Lutgert family-donated stretch of sugar-white sand with restrooms, parking, and pavilions reserved for Park Shore residents and their guests. Pelican Point West owners are eligible for Park Shore Association membership, which is included with this rental and grants beach park access. Once you're on the sand, the Park Shore Beach Walk — a private 1¼-mile lighted promenade running parallel to the Gulf — is one of the great morning walks in Florida.
