Your NEST has been completely renovated in 2022 and is looking forward to guests who appreciate the modern mixed with the cozy. It is perfect for a romantic getaway by the fireplace or to enjoy a barbecue outside after a hike/biking trip in the summer. It is also perfect to combine work with pleasure, as the house has high-speed Wifi to the garden, offers two workstations and air-conditioning. The house is located directly in the middle of the West Styrian wine region, the "Tuscany of Austria".

The house consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, open kitchen leading into the living room and an open sleeping area on the second floor with a very comfortable, large box spring bed (180x200cm), a rocking chair and a work space. The living room also has a sofa bed (120x200cm), so it can accomodate two children, or adults that really like each other, a place to sleep. There is also the open fireplace, for a romantic evening by the fire. The bathroom consists of a shower, two sinks, a tall cabinet and a toilet. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. The outdoor area with large pavilion (5,5x3,5m) fireplace, lounge, sitting area & a barbecue invites you to relax & unwind. The house has a "Self Check in & Check out" system, so you can check in yourself at any time from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Directly at the house is also a parking lot which offers space for up to two cars.

The house (your NEST) is located in the heart of Western Styria, directly on the route of the "Weinland Steiermark Bike Tour", with many excellent restaurants and "Buschenschänken" nearby - these are wine estates that offer their own wine as well as cold delicacies from the Styrian cuisine many in particularly beautifully decorated guest gardens and taverns. What could be better than sitting directly on a hill at the edge of the vineyards, drinking delicious Styrian wine and being spoiled with a delicious meal? Southwestern Styria is often also called the "Tuscany of Austria" for good reasons ;)

Graz is also right around the corner and can be reached within 25 minutes by car. Your NEST is perfectly located in the middle of Deutschlandsberg Castle and Stainz Castle, which are both 10 minutes away. The ski & hiking areas Weinebene & Hebalm also invite you to enjoy nature and can be reached within 30 minutes.
