This house was perfect for my family. Very spacious with a gorgeous view. The property had lots of beach items and was well stocked with everything we needed. It is quite dated, but we could see that from photos. Unfortunately, I requested a late check out and had a difficult time communicating with the host. I was originally told it was approved through text, but then declined. I was actually assured it would be fine and was approved, but after reminding and contacting the host several times through text and phone calls it wasn’t allowed. This was disappointing because we were counting on it with our daily plan.

Absolutely perfect stay! The home was comfortable, spacious, and spotless. Our favorite spot was the large deck which was perfect for relaxing, enjoying family meals, and gazing out at the ocean. The convenience of a private beach just down the road was such a bonus. We loved our family time here and can’t wait to come back!

The house was clean, well-furnished and felt very much like home. It is located on a quiet, picturesque street just a short walk to a small private beach This property is a perfect choice for a famiky vacation.

This Rental is Managed by Vuestay, which is a Rental Management company covering rentals in 9 states. So all communication is with an Answering service who is not familiar with this Property. I had asked many specific questions about what items were stocked in the Rental Kitchen ( wine opener, Measuring cups, coffee filters), and they had no idea. I had asked about paper products, as we were 3 Adults staying for 4 nights. They said there would be 2 rolls in each Bathroom, there were not. After Many unanswered phone messages and VRBO messages ( all which took almost 24 hours to get a reply) we ended up buying TP ourselves. The photos showed a nice deck with Deck Furniture, but the Cushions were left outside, so they were too wet to sit on.I would stay here again, if I could guarantee that the cushions would be stored in the garage at nightI now know what the house has, so I could pack betterWe also try to earn Credit card points on our VRBO purchases, which usually earn 3x points on Travel Categories. VRBO would earn 3x, but VueStay Vacations does NOT code as 3x, so I would pick another VRBO, that is owned and managed by an Individual, and my amount paid, would Show VRBO on my credit card statement, Not Vuestay Vacations

Family get away

We came for a quick stay for a family event. The house was perfect for us. It was clean, neat and well taken care of. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The beach was small, rocky and beautiful. I only wish we had more time to relax and enjoy all of it.

Perfect anniversary

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary this year. We didn’t want a party but just a place to have our children and grandchildren for quality time. Everything was perfect including the weather. Just what we had envisioned.

Great beach house!

We just returned from a week-long stay here and had a great time! The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve meals for many adults and kids. There were so many thoughtful touches - from beach gear to lawn games. The backyard is very private, and we spent much of our time enjoying the back deck. And nothing beats being able to quickly walk to and from the beach with small children. We’d definitely stay again!

Spacious, clean, comfortable home w/private beach

Great house with big rooms, well equipped kitchen, great A/C and fans and wonderful covered porch! Small but clean beach just five min away and chairs/umbrellas, cooler and games available in garage. Quiet and private street and yard. Part owner lives next door but unsure if he’s a property manager since no instructions were left about that but he did introduce himself. Great price but that may be since it’s a new listing. Hope to return soon!

NOT CLEAN, GREAT LOCATION!

Location and house is great, but it wasn't clean . Beds, showers, and bathroom sinks were GROSS! Hard to get in touch with a real person and took a long time to get someone to the house to fix the problem. The team did fix the problem, but our first night was rough since many people slept on a blow up mattress we brought or the couches since the beds were dirty. Their team was kind, but I wish the response time was much faster and I didn't have to follow up SO many times to get the problems fixed.
