The Space:

As part of The Grand at Canal Pointe secluded community, this third-story condo boasts many on-site amenities with easy access to nearby dining and the beach. Make a splash in one of two on-site pools, or practice your skills on the shared tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. A playground across the way offers fun for the kids in your group. After an afternoon in the sun, stretch out in the sunlit, airy living room, perfect for your ideal summer vacation. Watch your favorite TV shows while you bask in the glow of the electric fireplace. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space with plenty of seating, the well-equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Provided board games offer added entertainment. The building has an elevator for your convenience and is directly across from the pool, clubhouse and courts. Ideally located, this condo is east of Rt 1 with access to the outlets on Coastal Hwy or a quick walk or cycle into town. You can avoid Rt 1 traffic with a nice bike ride into downtown Rehoboth Beach. This condo is in walking distance to the Junction & Breakwater Trail. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know For an additional sleeping option, there’s a double sofabed in the living room. The condo is located on the 3rd floor and there is a choice of stairs and an elevator to access the condo. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

This was the perfect location. Nice bike ride to the beach and easy drive. Very clean and spacious close to the pool. Great vacation!!

Upon arrival, we quickly noticed the unit hadn’t been refreshed from the last guest. The bathrooms had used towels, the one bed wasn’t made, and there were dishes in the sink. The management company offered to send someone to clean it but that wouldn’t occur until the next day because it was a holiday or they could refund the cleaning fee and allow us to buy our own cleaning supplies.We’re glad the management company had a resolution we felt was satisfactory though it was disappointing to have that be our first impression. We want to believe the cleaning company missed an appointment and it wasn’t intentional.The unit itself was very nice! It is an interior unit on the top floor. It had high-end finishes, quality furniture, and was spacious. Having a washer/dryer was awesome. The balcony was also a great feature (though it wasn’t private). It overlooks a small reservoir and parking lot but that’s to be expected in a condo.The community was the best part! It was well kept and everyone we encountered was friendly. The pool and parking was close by and similar to other reviews, the elevator was nice. You don’t have to walk up to the third floor. It’s very close to the bike trail. The community isn’t really walking distance to shops or restaurants, that was a small draw back.The only other challenge was the TV in the living room didn’t work. The management company offered to send someone out but we opted to vacation without TV.Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful condo/great location

The condo is super clean, nicely decorated, and has comfy furniture. Easy access to downtown and the outlets. Quiet and the grounds are immaculate too! Loved that it has an elevator! Would 100% stay here again.

Great summer place

My puppy loved it. Close to beaches and Resturants and trails. I do wish there was a tv in the master bedroom. And also the pool shouldn’t allow babies with diapers in the pool. Other than that I love it and will book again. Thanks!

The condo complex was nice, quiet, friendly people, not too far from town, and the pool stays open until 9/21. I also loved that it was dog friendly and has an elevator since we were on the 3rd floor and my dog is old and can't do the steps anymore. The condo itself was nicely decorated, master bedroom is very large, and we liked the balcony. The condo is not well stocked, though. There was no bedspread on the one bed...just a sheet! There were only 3 wine glasses, no cooking items except salt/pepper, no K-cups to even get you started, no dish soap, no dish drainer, pasta strainer, spatula, etc. Then there were broken items...the coffee pot, screen door, bedroom lamp, nail sticking up out of threshold, and loose threshold. Finally, there was no key fob in the unit to access the pool, club house, workout room, and trash dumpsters. In addition, the access code on the keypad to enter the condo was a 10-digit number…ridiculous! It’s also very confusing renting on VRBO but from a Vacasa management company because Vacasa sends multiple emails and texts, but it’s best to keep the correspondence on the VRBO app for protection and transparency purposes. And every time you ask a question a different Vacasa employee corresponds with you so it gets very confusing and overwhelming. It’s nice to correspond with only one person, but this will never happen, so I do not recommend renting a Vacasa property. They are very responsive and helped us with some of our requests, but not all.
