This modern, two-level townhome is the perfect getaway for a family or group, with plenty of room to both be together and to spread out. Even better, it’s close to the canal and right on a bike route should you wish to explore on two wheels. Rehoboth Beach is just under two miles away. Start the day on your lovely screened-in patio with a cup of steaming coffee in hand. When you start getting hungry, head inside to start breakfast prep – or wake the chef up. The modern, well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances, tons of cabinetry and counter space, and all the gadgets to prepare your favorite recipes. Dine together at the adjacent table for six, or step back out on the patio and dine alfresco. Spend the day exploring, or stick closer to home and visit the complex’s shared pool. Return to your home away from home and get cozy on the living room sectional in front of the flatscreen TV. Gamers will love the Playstation 4 on hand as well. At bedtime, you’ve got four comfortable rooms to choose from. The first floor features a queen with an en suite bathroom, and upstairs you’ll find the second main suite, with a king bed and en suite bathroom, as well as one with a queen futon and one with a twin-over-full bunk. Nice townhouse and community near Rehoboth Beach

Very comfortable townhouse near to shopping, restaurants, and of course the beach! Also appreciated the quiet pool and dedicated parking.

It was fine. If you are charging that much for that far from the beach, you should spend a little money to make it better. There was one knife. The outside cushions were really dirty and the bedding is nothing like the photos. It was a bit misleading but overall okay.

Great vacation spot

We have stayed at this house for 2 years in a row and plan to continue staying there. The location is perfect! It is affordable and has plenty of space! The pool is amazing! We just really enjoy our time there.

Lovely place to stay

This townhouse was a perfect place to stay for us -- a family gathering for two nights. Clean, nicely laid out, excellent appliances, excellent beds, four bathrooms. Hard to beat. Only issue was it needed more dishes, but the owners are working on that.

Very convenient and comfortable.

The property was very well lit and modern. Lots of different spaces to enjoy. We loved the screened in porch. The distance to the pool was perfect. We were close to shopping, that’s a plus! We would definitely stay at this location again.

Property is amazing! Pool was great! There is minimal traffic to and from the beach. Vacasa property management came out for a smoke alarm issue quickly. We loved our time in this rental and plan to return!!

Oyster Bay Beach Stay

The condo was so nice and spacious. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but it looked like it had plenty of dishes and carpets seemed clean to us. It is in a great location close to shopping, dining and a short drive to the beach. It’s only a few steps from their pool as well. There isn’t anything I would really complain about. I highly recommend staying here if you have the option!

House was very clean and spacious! We loved being close to everything. We had plenty of room for our friend trip. We loved the Dove toiletries that were provided for us. The beds were comfortable! Thanks for an excellent stay!

Property & place in great condition with plenty of room. Includes good size shared pool with close access to beaches. Lots of places to dine and shop. Only downsides are traffic a nightmare and have to pay for all parking close to beach access

Great Spot

This villa was perfect for our families stay at the beach. Clean, good location, and the pool was a hit. It was great for traveling with kids. Highlights for family with young kids: steps were not in the main living area so no worries for babies going up, simple and not a million nik naks in the house for kids to want to touch, used game room for pack n play and it was great bc it was dark (no windows) and small, older kids loved the bunk beds, and pool is very close to villa! We will be back.

Clean Stay!

The house was even more spacious than the pictures showed. It was very clean. Included all toiletries except for garbage bags. Staff was very prompt when we had questions. No complaints. Loved the setup. The pool was only a few doors down so this was a great bonus. New grill at the unit as well.

Great location!

We visited for 10 days this place was a perfect spot to make ourselves at home. Very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, and still close to everything. Very few dishes available so bring paper plates and cups or buy some at the store. We also didn’t have extra trash bags but fortunately had brought some from home that lasted us the week. Pool closes a little early in my opinion for summer. We would stay here again though because of the convenient location and the amount of space. The screened in patio was our favorite hangout spot in the cool breeze.

Spacious townhouse

Four bedrooms and three and half bathrooms!Clean linens and plenty of bath towels. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash included as well as hand soap. Dish soap and laundry detergent supplied. Very spacious for our party of four and then a midweek guest. It also has beach chairs an umbrella and a bike to use. Very clean and modernized. Close to everything We biked to a lot of places. The weather was beautiful so we sat in the screened porch a lot. Two parking spaces out front and many more on the side of the building. We used the pool as well. Very nice after a day at the beach. The only negative thing about the place is the heavily stained porch cushions. I brought extra sheets just in case and used them to cover porch furniture. I recommend this place!!

Nice and clean house

The house was clean and exactly as described; however, 1) Check-in via keyless entry was a total nightmare; instructions provided by property manager were incomplete. Waited 30 minutes at front door for a call from maintenance to find out how to unlock the door after entering the provided 10-digit keycode. 2) None of the upstairs bathroom outlets worked. 3) The master bedroom did not have a cover or blanket for the bed. 4) No excess toilet paper, papertowels or garbage bags provided. Other than the above mentioned issues, we enjoyed our stay.
