Not enough washcloths and hand towels for everyone. Other than that, great house. Very clean.

Nice house and community.

The location is convenient. It’s not in the walkable beach area, but pretty close by car. The community is nice, the pool was fun. Noise levels are medium due to bus stop across the street, but you also have the convivial of using the buses to get around without struggling to find parking. The house is equipped with the basics… dishes, some board games and beach chairs. No bikes or grill.

Amazing week definitely recommend

The house was very clean and spacious. With being in a small community, it was always nice and quiet. The pool and tennis court was great for the kiddo as well! Only small negative is the bus depo place with a beeping that you could hear quite often. After the 2nd day we didn't notice it so no real harm. We definitely appreciated the garage so the car was inside and beach stuff could be out of the way but not in the house. If you are thinking you want a place that is a short drive to the beach with a nice quiet time this is it!

Very Spacious and Well-Decorated

Our family had a great stay at this very lovely property. It is well-decorated and fully-equipped with all you could need, also it is even larger than the pictures - which was a nice surprise. Loved that it was 1-floor with young kids, made life just a bit easier not to have to worry about stairs. The laundry and garage were nice to have as well. The bus noise others mentioned is notable at night on certain days from the master bedroom - I'd just recommend bringing a white noise machine or turning on the bathroom fan to drown it out. This is nitpicky - but I could have used an overview/welcome book about the rental with any recommendations or guides for the area, I've become accustomed to those at rental properties. I love those personal touches, but that felt missing here.

Home Away from Home

The spacious home is beautiful and clean. Four adults (including 2 young adults )had their own space for relaxing. The kitchen had all necessary tools. Grocery stores were walking distance or close by to drive as well as several restaurants. I would definitely not walk to the beach with all our beach necessities or want to cross the highway to get there. I would guess a walk to the beach would take about 45 minutes. The beautiful beach was a short ten minute drive. Where the parking permits brought us was a nice quieter part of the beach with lifeguards. The board walk was a short walk over. The pool was a day saver on a very windy day at the beach. It was busy at the pool with kids and floats. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Beautiful Home

The home is fully equipped with anything possibly needed. The home was super clean, spacious and comfortable for a family of 5. The listing says linen provided but not placed on bed which was not the case for us. The beds were made and everything was perfect. I had problems finding the electronic pool key. Most rentals leave keys and info at a table or near the entry door. The pool key is hanging in the laundry room which is the last place I expected to find a key. Contacted Vacasa and they initially told me to check tables and entryway. Then they said I would receive a welcome email from the homeowner which was not the case. Two days later I received a message from Vacasa asking if I found the key but it was too late at the point since I located it myself. Hope you find this info helpful. I would definitely stay in this home again.

Very clean

The website pictures were very good, when we entered the home we were amazed how good it actually looked in person compared to the pictures. When we used the sinks in the master Bath the left hand cold water faucet was leaking down into the cabinet, I called the office and within 20 minutes two maintenance men came and secured the leak but the faucet still had a drip, this was not a problem since the leak was stopped. Later on that evening we wanted to use the Jacuzzi tub only to find out there was no hot water for the tub although the entire house had hot water, this was disturbing, having said that I must say that this home was exceptional in every way, it had all the conveniences you could want, Regardless of the above problems this property is still rated Five Stars, don't hesitate renting this home, Hopefully on my next rental maybe they will give me some compensation

Great house in a great location

Lovely quiet neighborhood with beautiful grounds. Nice for morning walks. Friendly community. Condo space clean and modern with reliable elevator. Spacious and bright as photographed. Beds plush and very comfortable; even pull out couch was comfortable to the kids staying with us. Lots of games in unit and found every kitchen appliance needed for preparing most of our meals at home. Communication with management was generally prompt and professional with rare issues resolved same day including smooth pick up a few Amazon deliveries during our week long stay. — Only negative was inability to replace lost FOB for access to pool, basketball court, and trash/recycling in real time even though we immediately paid the replacement cost. No access to these last 2-3 days; replacement that was later provided after some delay still did not work. The younger members of our group were really disappointed by this. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
