Welcome to Gypsy, your cozy and spacious home away from home in beautiful Dunedin, Florida! This well-appointed 2022 Grand Design Reflection 367BHS RV offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and location, just minutes from the breathtaking Honeymoon Island State Park, the Dunedin Causeway, and the pristine shores of Caladesi Island State Park, this is the ideal base for beach days, kayaking, biking, and unforgettable sunsets. You’re also a short drive from the vibrant shops, restaurants, and breweries of Downtown Dunedin and world-famous Clearwater Beach. All of these locations can be accessed on bike with the Pinellas Trail running right alongside the park. Bring your e-bikes! Designed for comfort and functionality, Gypsy sleeps up to 6 guests with a private primary bedroom featuring a queen bed, a queen loft bunk, and a comfortable pull-out sofa. A second bedroom is thoughtfully set up as a dedicated office with a desk and 24” monitor, making it perfect for remote work or extended stays. The living area includes an electric fireplace, TV, and stereo system with indoor & outdoor speakers. The fully equipped kitchen is set up for real living with a full-size refrigerator, gas stove and oven, center island sink, large pantry, and all cookware, dishes, and essentials included. Step outside and enjoy the Florida lifestyle on your private patio with table and seating for four, a large umbrella for shade, an outdoor mini-fridge to keep drinks cold, and a coffee bar for relaxed mornings. Located in a friendly, amenity-rich community, you’ll have access to a heated swimming pool, fitness center, pickleball courts, clubhouse with activities, dog park, playground, and a laundry room just steps away ($2.80 per machine). The gym and laundry room are a few steps away from the RV. Pool floats and pickleball paddles are provided for your enjoyment. This RV comfortably sleeps up to 6, 4 adults maximum. It is pet-friendly with approval, and includes electricity, water, trash, and high-speed internet. There is plenty of storage for luggage and personal items, making it ideal for longer stays.
