We had a wonderful week celebrating the summer birthdays, especially my grandma’s 101st birthday! The private pool and beautiful lake views were absolutely amazing, and being just steps away from family made the week even more special.The home was spacious and comfortable, with the recently added new flooring being a great bonus. The photos showed carpet, but it has since been upgraded, which was a nice surprise. We also appreciated having beach towels available, so we didn’t have to purchase any during our stay.The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the family room was spacious and comfortable for everyone to relax and spend time together.Thank you for a wonderful week and helping make our family celebration so memorable!

Spent 7 nights. Loved the heated pool and the quiet neighborhood. Drove up to Sarasota and down to Sanibel island (our favorite). Gorgeous weather!

Great House!

Amazing house in a great location. Close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and attractions close by. Kids loved swimming in the pool and very friendly neighbors. Vacasa staff was helpful with our questions. We would definately stay at this house again.

Great Trip

The home was a great fit for our family and the extended family that came with us. We were able to utilize the space well, and the home was close enough to anything we needed. Market, restaurants, beaches, and other fun stuff were all just a couple mins, to just 10-12 mins away. We certainly enjoyed our time.

Beautiful villa

The home was very clean, we'll set out with south facing views overlooking the lake. It had lots of extras like pool toys and the welcome pack by Vacasa supplied all the household consumables which would normally require an early shopping trip rather than an early dip in the pool, so that was much appreciated! We loved it so much that we have booked it again later this year.

The property and amenities were wonderful. We loved the location and on-site pool. Would def book again the location and manager. The only complaint was the master bath toilet took over an hour to fill with water, making it difficult to share the bathroom. We all had the best time.

Enjoyed our stay

The house was as described in the listing. We loved the pool and location. The house was clean and furniture comfortable. A few details could be fixed to make things perfect such carpets shampooed, light in pool didn’t work, and gas grill grates rusty (we ended up buying our own grates to use). But overall very happy with the house and would rent again.

New Horizons villa

This was the second time we have visited this home in 5 months, we loved it so much! The home is well laid out and equipped and the pool is fantastic. When we encountered some minor repairs needed (it is an older home) Vacasa were straight on the case with great communication and swift response - no problem.
