Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked for real cooking - not just reheating. You'll find a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, and mixer, plus a full set of cookware including saucepans, a stockpot, frying pan, roasting pan, and baking pans in multiple sizes. Plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, and utensils are provided per guest, and a full knife block and grilling tools round out the setup. The fridge includes working ice and water dispensing, and a microwave handles the quick stuff.



Technology



Three smart TVs bring the streaming to every room - a 50-inch in the living room and 42-inch sets in both bedrooms. All three run Fire TV with streaming app access. The living room TV has a dedicated Rubber Duck profile ready to go. Log into your own streaming accounts as needed, and just be sure to log out before checkout.



Laundry



Washer and dryer are available on site, located in the storage room on the lower level. Access it by walking down the outside stairs and entering through the blue door on the right. Extra linens and deck cushions are also stored in this space.



Outdoor



Your deck is the heart of this cabin - settle in around the built-in propane fire pit table as the lake glimmers below. Two propane grills are ready for cookouts, including a Blackstone griddle for everything from smash burgers to breakfast hash. Grill mat, cover, and propane tank are all included.



Community Amenities



Boat dock access is a standout perk here. A private dock is attached to the unit - head down the back stairs and turn left to find it. A short walk down two houses leads to a shared dock marked with a Rubber Duck sign on the post, with the left side reserved for guest use. Whether you're launching a boat, dangling your feet over the water, or watching the sun set over the lake, the dock experience here is the real deal.



Guest Access:

Check-in is via coded smart lock. Parking accommodates up to 3 vehicles on the gravel driveway - note that the driveway is steep and narrow, so plan accordingly. The host is available if questions come up during your stay.

Lake of the Ozarks sets the scene here - and from Gravois Mills, you're tucked into one of the quieter, more scenic stretches of the lake while still being a short drive from everything that makes this region legendary.
