Technology



Three TVs total - 60-inch in the living room, 42-inch in the master bedroom, and 42-inch in Bedroom 3. All three use Roku guest mode with streaming login support. WiFi provided through Spectrum, with the router located on the ledge next to the living room TV.



Laundry



Full-size washer and dryer are available on site in the utility room - ideal for longer stays or post-lake days.



Outdoor



Step outside to one of the best features of this property - the wraparound deck wrapping around the back of the house, perfect for watching the sun move across the water. The propane grill is stocked with all burners working, a grill mat, cover, and an extra propane tank ready to go. Head down to the beach area and you'll find the wood-burning fire pit right at the water's edge - the kind of spot that turns a good night into a great story. The private dock gives you direct lake access for swimming and fishing, with a step ladder available for getting in and out of the water.



Guest Access:

Check-in is self-guided and simple. The lockbox is located on the back stairs off the carport on the railing. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles on the paved driveway - no steep grades or narrow approaches to worry about. The host is available if any questions come up during your stay.

★ Note on stairs: two steps off the main parking area on the left side, four steps on the right side leading to the wraparound deck, one interior step off the dining area leading to the kitchen, and one interior step down the hall off the dining area leading to the two back bedrooms

★ The dock step ladder should be raised out of the water after each use

★ No RV parking available

★ Driveway is paved, flat, and easy to navigate - no four-wheel drive needed
