Three TVs across the condo - 65-inch smart TV with cable in the living room, 50-inch TV in the master, and a 40-inch Roku in the third bedroom. WiFi is provided through Spectrum.

Full-size washer and dryer are available in the utility/laundry room closet - great for longer stays or post-lake days.

An electric grill is available for your use, making evening cookouts on the property effortless without the hassle of hauling charcoal.



Community Amenities



Guests have access to the seasonal community pool - a welcome bonus on hot summer afternoons. The pool is unheated and access is subject to seasonal availability. Trash disposal is handled through a locked dumpster area located outside the gates.



Guest Access:

Check-in is a breeze with self-check-in via an E lock. For backup a lockbox hanging on the railing right next to the front door. Parking includes one reserved spot up front and one first-come-first-served space near the garages - good for up to 2 vehicles. The host is available if you have questions during your stay, though the property is set up so you can settle in completely on your own.
