Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire second-floor apartment. You will access the building through a shared main entrance. For your convenience, both the building and apartment doors are equipped with keyless entry. Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only; there is no elevator.

Other things to note
The apartment has one TV, which is located in the second bedroom/den with the sleeper sofa.
To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly request that you refrain from using perfumes or body sprays inside the home.
Commercial use (e.g., photoshoots) may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire before booking to discuss your needs.
Absolutely no parties allowed. This is a quiet, tight knit residential block, so please be respectful to us, our full time renter, and our neighbors.
Turntables and mounted speakers may or may not be present during your stay, and if they are present, are not available for guests to use (needles will be removed). A WonderBoom Bluetooth speaker is available for guest use.
