- The space -

Forest Views isn't trying to look like a luxury cabin. It just is one.

From the moment you step inside, the space opens up. Cathedral ceilings, wide plank hardwood floors, and a wall of windows that frames the forest like a painting. It's the kind of place where you pour a coffee, sink into the sectional and realize an hour has passed without thinking about anything at all.

The design here was intentional. Clean lines, warm textures, thoughtful finishes. It feels elevated without feeling precious. The kind of space that's just as good for a relaxed weekend with friends as it is for a couple looking to actually disconnect.

Main floor:
· King bedroom with premium linens and easy access to the full bath

Loft (via spiral staircase):
· King bedroom tucked above the living space. Private, quiet, with its own character
· Note: the spiral staircase may not be ideal for very young children or guests with mobility concerns

· Full bath with Venetian plaster walls
· The kind of finish you notice immediately and remember after you leave

- Living & dining -

· Open concept main living area with soaring vaulted ceilings
· Oversized sectional sofa with ottoman - extremely comfortable

· Wraparound deck with deep, comfortable outdoor seating and hot tub overlooking the forest

- A note on the property -

Forest Views is one of five private cabins on a shared 10-acre wooded property, each with its own entrance, amenities and completely private. If you're traveling with a larger group, the full property can accommodate up to 14 guests across all five cabins. A rare setup for groups who want their own space without being far apart. Ask us about availability for the full property.

- Dog friendly -

Bring up to 3 well behaved dogs ($50 per pet fee). Please keep pets off furniture, wipe off paws and clean up after them.

- A few things to know -

· No parties or events
· AWD/4WD vehicles will be necessary to access the cabin safely in the event of snow or ice in the winter months.
· We are not liable for area wide internet or power outages - travel insurance is recommended in the event of any unforeseen circumstances

We're Pat & Chelsea, the husband and wife team behind Hocking Cabin Co. (formerly The Retreats Hocking Hills). We started this to provide for our young family and build something worth passing down. Every cabin is personally cared for, thoughtfully designed, and rooted in the belief that hospitality should feel human. We're not a corporate management company, and our properties don't feel that way.
