The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with soft linens, creating a peaceful place to unwind after a long day. The full bathroom includes a clean, modern stand-up shower stocked with essentials. In the living room, you’ll find cozy seating and beautiful newly installed hickory flooring that adds warmth and character to the space—perfect for relaxing with a book or streaming your favorite shows.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, from morning coffee to full dinners, making it easy to maintain your routine during longer stays. A dedicated workspace paired with fast fiber internet ensures you can stay productive and connected, whether you’re working remotely or attending virtual meetings.



Step outside to enjoy the private backyard patio, complete with comfortable seating and a gas grill—ideal for summer evenings or quiet mornings with coffee. Getting Around:

Welcome to northern Michigan, where our wintertime weather can swing from glorious to ferocious in a flash. Each of our properties have a snow removal service scheduled to plow with each snowfall amounting to at least 4 inches of snow. If the vehicle you bring is not 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive, please be aware of the potential risks accessing the property when snow is present.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.



Refundable Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 1.5x the monthly rate is required and will be applied at the time of booking.



High chair available upon request for an additional fee.



There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.



Because this reservation requires a 30-day minimum stay, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every 14 days. Additional cleanings are also available upon request. All cleaning fees will be added at the time of booking.
