The Space

With a large living room and fully stocked kitchen, Azure Tide is ideal for entertaining friends and family – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, group dinners, and after-dinner card games.
The main house features three luxurious bedrooms and boasts two full bathrooms, each complete with a sleek rain shower and privacy tinting on the windows.

The loft area offers a king-sized bed and gaming area with a pull-out queen-sized couch, providing plenty of space for larger groups and kids. A crib can also be provided upon request.

For added privacy, the casita has its own separate entrance and features a king bed, full bathroom, and convenient kitchenette. This is the ideal space for couples, parents, or those wanting a little extra privacy.
Outside, enjoy a spacious deck for sunset cocktails, morning coffee, and slow breakfasts, as well as a private dipping pool to cool off after a day exploring the island.

Guest Access

As a guest of Azure Tide, you also get access to:
• The Mistico Beach Club and our dedicated M&B boat shuttle, which depart from the Mahogany Bay Village Marina. One round-trip ride is included with all bookings for 3+ nights, and once you arrive at Mistico Beach Club, you will receive a warm welcome with a complimentary drink, as well as a 10% food-and-beverage discount for every guest in your party.
• Our on-site Pool Club, restaurant, and cocktail bar, just a short walk from your door. Show your Azure Tides key fob for 10% off food and beverages.
• Gated community access: secure entry and a friendly on-site team who are always happy to help.

Other Things to Note

A note on the neighborhood. Azure Tides is inside Mahogany Bay Village, a gated community with its own beach club, pool club, and marina. We are not affiliated with the nearby Hilton Resort and don’t have access to their beach club, pool, gym, or other amenities — but you will have access to the breathtaking Mistico Beach Club and on-site Pool Club, and most guests find they spend most of their time there anyway.
Ongoing development. As Mahogany Bay Village is still a growing and evolving community, there may be ongoing construction in and around the neighborhood during your stay. Work typically occurs during daytime hours and may result in occasional noise, increased foot or vehicle traffic, or partial views of nearby development. While we’ve taken care to ensure the home itself remains a peaceful and comfortable retreat, we want to be transparent so you can plan accordingly. Most guests still find that the beauty of the area, along with access to the beach club and pool, far outweigh any temporary inconvenience.
Island living. Ambergris Caye occasionally experiences brief power outages, especially during peak season. It’s an island-wide issue and not something any property can fully control, but they’re typically resolved quickly.

Getting here. San Pedro is a short hop from Belize City by local plane or water taxi. We’d be happy to help you with logistics tips once your booking is confirmed.
