Just outside Sint Maartenszee, only 2 km from the beach, you will find our fun and atmospheric group accommodation for up to 11 people. The monumental farm is very cozy and completely newly furnished. It is an ideal base for a wonderful holiday with the whole family or with friends near the sea, the beach and the dunes.

Living room & kitchen
In the spacious living room you have a large Smart TV and a cozy wood stove at the sitting area. The luxurious fully equipped kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, oven and dishwasher. In addition to the traditional filter coffee maker, you also have a Nespresso coffee machine. A high chair is available in the accommodation.

Bathroom & toilet
There are two bathrooms in the group accommodation. The first bathroom is on the ground floor, here is a rain shower and a washbasin. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. The second bathroom is on the first floor. In this bathroom there is a shower cabin, bath, washbasin and toilet.

Bedrooms
The accommodation has 4 bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom 1 has two single box spring beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have a double and a single box spring bed. Bedroom 4 has three single beds. All beds are 210cm long and have single duvets. A cot is available in the accommodation.

Large garden with sun terrace and large lawn
If the temperature is good, you can quickly sit outside on your sun terrace with large lawn (no less than 350 m2). In the garden there is a garden table with chairs and two sun loungers. With the Weber charcoal barbecue you can complete the coziness.
