This is a newer 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Bungalow with modern, soft Grey colours. Vinyl easy wash flooring in main areas and warm carpet in bedrooms.

It is open concept with tons of natural light streaming in from the patio doors with windows on each side along with the windows in the kitchen/dining area.

The covered lanai area is ideal for outdoor relaxation with artificial turf grass to make it comfortable on your bare feet! The ceiling fan here keeps it cool. The patio area gets full sun all day long if you want to work on your tan. The patio also have the 4 burner grill with side pot burner as well for cooking outside.

Each Bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser(s) as well as a Roku smart TV to stream live TV or other video streaming services such as Netflix and Prime Video.

For those who want to do some work from home, there is a full office desk in the Primary Bedroom along with adjustable office chair. The Livingroom area has an adjustable stand up/sit down desk with adjustable office chair.

The Double car garage allows room for you to park. your car inside with remote door opener.

A golf cart can be rented from companies nearby or we may rent our`s separately.

You will enjoy the quietness of this home and the friendly neighbours.

It is available for short or longer term rental with discounts for weekly and monthly terms.

You have access to all areas of the house except one closet in the front bedroom, which holds the owner`s belongings. There are two dressers in that bedroom to make up for the closet not being available.

Deluna Village has a Rec centre only steps away that includes and Adults only pool, Tennis courts, pickle ball courts, corn toss, shuffleboard and bocci ball.

There is a walking trail direclty behind the house.

Parking for 2 cars on the driveway and one in the garage.
The entrance is gated yet just push the button or see the guard during the day and they will let you in.

NOTE: There is a $50 Fee for First 2 Guests to use these activities for your stay which is payable at Brownwood Village Centre. Guests will need to supply their email and phone numbers and a photo ID for the passes to the host to have these done. And if you just want a pool pass, then that is free of Charge yet passes are still required.

Garbage day is Tuesday and Friday Mornings. You just put the garbage at the end of the driveway and it will be picked up. Please do NOT put any bins there as they will take the bins away as well. NOTE: There is no recycling in The Villages. ALL garbage & recyclables go can go in the same garbage bag.
