- There is a private owners-only beach club where guests do not have access unless invited and accompanied by an owner.

- Guests have access to full ownership residential community where they are guests, not to other communities. Mavila guests have access to Mavila amenities only plus Resort restaurants and golf.

- Golf club access is by reservation (tee time booking).

- It is recommended to make reservations for Resort restaurants to ensure you get the day and time you want. Reservations can fill up quickly in peak season.

- Only registered guests permitted. Any visitors must be approved by host and documented with the community security.
