The villa is thoughtfully designed and fully equipped with design amenities (pool, sunbeds, large dining table) and cozy quality furnishing (quality beds, quality matresses and hypoallergenic pillows) and appliances, recently renovated and in excellent condition.

The natural stone beach is only a few minutes’ walk away, where guests also have access to a reserved spot perfect for swimmers. The owners provide a complimentary buggy for getting to the beach or to do groceries, along with a range of chargeable additional services, including fresh bread delivery, airport transfers by private speed boat, and additional concierge services (restaurant reservation etc.).

A highlight of the house is the traditional Dalmatian konoba wine bar in the underground, beautifully designed for cozy evenings with wine (available for purchase). Villa also offers gym and bbq.

Pets may be accepted upon request (small breeds preferred; fee may apply). Private speedboat transfers from Split airport and chargeable boat excursions exploring nearby islands and coves can also be arranged.

The host is an experienced property host, renting apartments and villas with great care and attention. They have local staff on the island who can assist with questions, recommendations, and help during your stay.
