Welcome to Villa Stella di Mare, your private beachfront retreat on Ambergris Caye, Belize. Stella di Mare means “Star of the Sea,” pronounced STEL-uh dee MAH-ray. Newly renovated and expanded, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom villa welcomes up to eight guests to nearly two acres of lush tropical grounds with over 140 palm trees, vibrant flowers and fruit-bearing trees.

Ask about private fishing charters with local captains, tailored to your dates, group and experience level. Offshore opportunities include yellowfin tuna, wahoo and other game fish, depending on season and conditions. Confirm departure arrangements, duration, equipment, pricing and weather policies before booking.

SNORKELING, DIVING & MARINE ADVENTURES
The Belize Barrier Reef lies directly offshore, approximately a quarter mile from the villa. Arrange guided snorkeling and scuba-diving excursions, including visits to Shark Ray Alley in Hol Chan Marine Reserve. Nurse sharks and southern stingrays are among the area's memorable marine encounters; spotted eagle rays may also be seen on reef trips. Wildlife sightings vary and are never guaranteed.

Ask about seasonal, locally guided lobster outings. All activities are subject to current regulations, season and availability; harvesting lobster by SCUBA is prohibited.

TURTLES & CARING FOR OUR COAST
Stella di Mare is also a designated and protected turtle-nesting beach. Seasonal nesting generally occurs from May through October, offering a meaningful connection to Belize's coastal habitat. Turtle activity, nests and hatchlings cannot be promised during a particular stay. Please respect marked nesting areas, keep beach lighting low and leave wildlife undisturbed.

WEDDINGS, CELEBRATIONS & TEAM RETREATS
The private-villa setting offers a beautiful backdrop for intimate wedding and vow-renewal inquiries, family gatherings and purposeful team stays. Discuss your occasion, guest list, dining needs and arrangements before booking. Events require prior approval and confirmed limits and terms; a villa reservation alone does not confirm an event. Overnight occupancy remains limited to eight guests.
