The first thing you notice is the view. Endless, unobstructed main-channel water stretches across the horizon, drawing you straight through the open-concept great room. The newly updated kitchen shines with brand-new appliances, upgraded lighting, and comfy bar stools that invite you to sit and stay awhile. It’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook for your family, whether that means big breakfasts before the boat or a full dinner spread after sunset. Off to the side, the coffee bar waits patiently — drip or pod, sugar and creamers ready — because mornings at the lake deserve to start slowly.

The kitchen flows effortlessly into the dining and living areas, creating a spacious gathering place where everyone naturally comes together. The large couch fills quickly after a day on the water, while two cozy niche chairs offer the perfect spot for quiet conversation. On cooler evenings, the gas fireplace adds a soft glow, and the large TV brings everyone in for movie night. Around the dining table, meals linger a little longer, laughter grows louder, and board games somehow turn competitive before anyone realizes it.

When it’s time to unwind, the primary suite feels like a retreat of its own. For guests bringing a boat, a slip is available for an additional fee. Please note that trailer parking is not permitted within the complex.
