This first-floor end unit features a bright, open layout with a spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen—ideal for relaxing or gathering with family and friends. The villa comfortably sleeps four with two bedrooms and two full baths, including a primary suite with a plush king bed and private en suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a queen bed and access to a full bath with a tub/shower combination. WiFi, cable TV, Roku streaming in the bedrooms, and an in-unit washer and dryer provide all the conveniences of home.



Step outside to your covered deck overlooking the community pool (open April through September), a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Just across the parking lot, a direct beach path leads you straight to the ocean, making beach days effortless. You’ll also be minutes from the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Coligny Plaza, as well as the green space and playground at Lowcountry Celebration Park.
