Other Things to Note:
▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.
▶ This townhouse is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
▶ Maximum of 6 persons are allowed in the home at any one time. No unregistered overnight guests are permitted.
▶ Pets are not allowed.
▶ No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. Outside these hours, noise should be kept to a reasonable level. Noise monitors are in use to ensure guests do not cause a nuisance, annoyance, or inconvenience to neighbors through the use of musical instruments, electronics, or loud voices.
▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property — this includes the interior of the home, as well as all outdoor areas such as the rooftop terrace, porch, yard, driveway, and any territory associated with the property. Any smoking in the unit will result in immediate termination of the guest's stay without a refund and a $500 fine.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the townhouse is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250. Furthermore, no interior furniture, trash, or other refuse shall be permitted on the balconies or porches of the home.
▶ TRASH: Put trash bags on the bottom floor so the cleaning crew can collect them. Trash bins are located in the garage. All garbage, trash, and refuse shall be stored in these designated containers, and common areas must be kept free of rubbish, debris, and other unsightly materials.
▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
▶ No boats, campers, trailers of any kind, buses, mobile homes, or similar vehicles shall be permitted, parked, or stored anywhere on the property. No repair work shall be done on the property on any vehicles. No parking is permitted in drive aisles or common areas, unless in designated parking spaces.
▶ All bicycles shall be stored indoors, and no bicycles shall be locked to fences, balconies, or other improvements located on the property or within the surrounding common areas.
▶ Nothing is to be hung or displayed on the outside of the windows or placed on the outside walls of the home. No unlawful activities shall be permitted, and no waste shall be committed in the home or surrounding common areas.
▶ Any guest violating the above rules (except for no smoking) will receive a warning to cease the violation. If the violation continues or re-occurs, the guest's stay will be terminated immediately without a refund for unused time.
▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately.
