The area experiences occasional power outages, but rest assured, the apartment is equipped with a backup inverter and batteries to provide support during these events. However, please note that larger appliances such as the air conditioner and refrigerator will not operate during these outages.
No Parties: Hosting parties or events is strictly prohibited.
Noise Policy: Keep noise levels to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
Compliance: All guests must adhere to the Residencial Torres Catalanas policies and Airbnb terms, including providing a valid phone number.
Lost Items: A fee of US$50.00 applies for lost keys, remotes, or keycards.
Occupancy Limit: Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in eviction.
Visitor Policy: Up to 2 visitors allowed. Overnight visitors must be declared at booking; a fee of $10 per guest per night applies after the second guest.
Undeclared Guest Fee: US$20 per undeclared guest per night.
Damaged Linens: A fee of $30 will be charged for stained or damaged linens.
Local Residents: Must contact the host before booking.
Prohibited Items: No illegal drugs or hookah allowed; non-compliance may result in eviction.
Loudspeakers: Prohibited in the apartment and common areas; may be seized.
Smoking Fee: US$200 if smoking occurs on the property.
Cleaning Fee: Additional cleaning fees apply for excessive mess.
Late Check-Out Fee: US$50 for 30 minutes late; after 2 hours, charges switch to one additional day`s rate.
Property Access: Complaints grant permission for us to enter and resolve issues without further notice.
Noise Monitoring: We use a Minut Sensor for sound level monitoring, compliant with Airbnb policies. Tampering may lead to cancellation.
Violations: Rule violations may result in booking cancellation and removal without a refund.
