MĂŒnchhausenland Bodenwerder Polle In addition to the famous Baron of MĂŒnchhausen, the enchanting Cinderella also had her home in Bodenwerder-Polle, in the Solling-Vogler region in the Weserbergland. Through Vogler, Ottensteiner Hochebene, Ith and RĂŒhler Schweiz, the joint municipality of Bodenwerder-Polle offers the opportunity to explore the special natural features of the Weserbergland on foot, by mountain bike or electric bike. Grandiose views of the beautiful Weser valley will reward you for your efforts. This detached house is situated on a hillside in the immediate vicinity of the forest, in a quiet location in a side street with little traffic in the village of Bodenwerder.
From the conservatory you also have access to a private garden area that is for your exclusive use. Cosy sun loungers and a parasol are available in the garden. The flat is ideal for 2 adults with pets or children, as the private garden area and the large conservatory allow you to play, exercise and run around. Of course, you are also welcome to use the communal garden.
Freshly renovated in 2016, the approx. 50 m2 flat is located in the basement. Due to the hillside location of the house, however, it looks like a ground floor flat. The entrance is through the conservatory, which you can use as a bicycle cellar. You enter the flat via a separate entrance and find yourself in the living room. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can comfortably accommodate two people. There is also a flat-screen TV. The living room leads to the fully equipped kitchen. The conservatory is completely glazed to the front and flooded with light. Here you can have breakfast or enjoy a glass of red wine in the evening and watch the sunset.
