**If you have a large group, and need more space, we have another property right down the street: "The Sleepy Tiki"! It has 3 bedrooms, a game room, fire pit, fenced yard and is pet-friendly! Feel free to book both!

No pets allowed

No large events or parties; quiet hours are 10 PM to 9 AM. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise level down.

No parking on the street (There's room for up to six cars in the drive and there is no street parking)

Must be at least 25 years old to book; Photo ID may be required upon check-in.

Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard present. While the yard is fenced, there is no fence between the house and the pool, so closely watch your children.

No glass on the deck, patio or near pool. (Plastic cups and plates are provided)

Entire house (except supply closet in hallway and shed in backyard)

Access code for front door will be provided before check-in.
