Our lovely new studio for 2-3 guests has all the comfort you want on your holiday. You have your own private space with a seating area, a kitchenette, comfortable king size bed and a big bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. You can enjoy the big terrace next to the studio that's perfect for a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine and appetizers at the end of the day. The studio is modern and tastefully decorated to give you a homely feeling. A great location, quiet neighborhood with the beach, boulevard and city center all on a walking distance from this nice place.

## Neighborhood

The elongated beach of Zandvoort offers many beach clubs where you can eat and drink in the summer. You can relax on a beach bed, enjoy nature, with your feet in the sand or take a lovely walk. In winter, fewer Beachclubs are open, but you can still come and enjoy the sometimes wild sea and beautiful nature.
Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam Beach" because you can get to Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes by train! The hustle and bustle of the city just around the corner and an accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the beach and nature.
The Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen are two National Parks where you can take beautiful walks and cycle tours.
Would you like to experience a sporty day? Then there are plenty of possibilities such as: mountain biking, learning to kite or wave surf, getting your PADI, sailing or horse riding.
Circuit Park Zandvoort is situated at the edge of Zandvoort, surrounded by dunes and beach. You can visit various events there such as the world famous Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and the ADAC GT Masters.

Zandvoort train station is at walking distance, direct connections with Amsterdam, Haarlem and Schiphol Airport.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort war hervorragend. WĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts haben sich die Hosts hĂ€ufiger nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Sehr sympathische Menschen. Um Transparenz fĂŒr die nĂ€chsten GĂ€ste zu schaffen, wollen wir nur kurz erwĂ€hnen, dass der Platz fĂŒr drei Leute sehr eng bemessen ist. Das Schlafsofa musste jeden Morgen eingeklappt werden, damit man sich im Raum bewegen kann. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es keine Möglichkeit zu dritt an einem Tisch zu sitzen, da es nur 2 Barhocker und einen kleinen Tisch gibt. Wir haben uns alles in allem gut arrangiert und so gut es ging improvisiert, aber wenn man kein so enges VerhĂ€ltnis miteinander hat, könnte es möglicherweise unangenehm werden. PrivatsphĂ€re gibt es keine, da sich das Bad gefĂŒhlt im Zimmer befindet und auch keine LĂŒftung möglich ist. Wer selbst kochen möchte, mĂŒsste sich mehr oder weniger selbst KĂŒchenutensilien mitbringen. Eine Mikrowelle ist vorhanden und bei gutem Wetter kann man draußen grillen. GrundsĂ€tzlich ist der Raum sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Dennoch war das Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis fĂŒr uns im Nachhinein nicht gerechtfertigt. Trotzdem bedanken wir uns sehr fĂŒr die Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, eine richtig schöne Zeit in Zandvoort zu haben.

Auszeit im Zandvoort

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage im Zandvoort.Die Wohnung liegt relativ zentral und sehr ruhig.Sie ist sehr klein ,aber das weiß man anhand der Beschreibung (30 qm) Das Bad hat keine Heizung und daher ist es nach dem duschen sehr frisch und die HandtĂŒcher trocknen nicht gut.Die Kommunikation und UnterstĂŒtzung von Maria war sehr gut.

Gute Lage, alles was man braucht

Die Wohnung war fĂŒr unseren Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Allerdings ist alles sehr hellhörig, sodass man von den anderen Parteien im Haus mitbekommen hat, wenn beispielsweise die ToilettenspĂŒlung gedrĂŒckt wurde. Auf den Bildern sieht es so aus, als könnte man von der Wohnung direkt in den Garten. Allerdings ist dieser zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung und nicht eingezĂ€unt. Im großen und ganzen war die Wohnung aber in Ordnung und hat eine gute Lage. FĂŒr mehr als ein paar Tage wĂŒrde ich sie aber wahrscheinlich nicht wieder buchen. Der kostenlose Parkplatz und die kleinen Annehmlichkeiten der Vermieter sind jedoch ein Pluspunkt

Verblijf met de oldtimer

Voor weekend met onze oldtimer zochten we een verblijf met een eigen parkeerplaats. Bij Casa Beach hebben we dat gevonden en het was in een hele rustige straat. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en hebben duidelijke uitleg gehad over werking van het sleutelkastje de lampen enz. Ruimte was schoon en is mooi en comfortabel ingericht. Locatie was ongeveer 10 minuten lopen van centrum en richting strand en minder dan 5 minuten rijden naar het circuit. Na warme dag was het prettig om buiten onder de boom te kunnen zitten, zeker met een briesje. Hebben erg genoten

FĂŒr eine Person ausreichend,bei 2 Pers. sehr wenige Abstellmöglichkeiten. Leider keine GlĂŒhbirnen in den Fassungen,man musste sich mit den beiden Strahlern in der Whg.aushelfen. Keine WĂ€rmequelle (Heizung) bei nĂ€chtlichen Temperaturen um die 11-15 Grad war das schon sehr frisch,gerade wenn man aus der Dusche kommt. Hier sollte unbedingt nachgebessert werden.

Naar behoren

We hadden wel last van wespen. Zelf heb ik het wespen gat gedicht. Zit bij het meest rechte boven raam. Wij denken dat er een wespen nest zit. Hadden namelijk wel meer dan 10 wespen in het appartement. Daarnaast hebben wij geen WiFi code kunnen vinden.. Voor de rest hebben wij een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

GemĂŒtliche Unterkunft, ca. 10 min zu Fuss in die Stadt. Sehr ruhig. Es BegrĂŒssung gab es noch eine Flasche Wein und leckere Macarons. So fĂŒhlt man sich willkommen :-) Die HandtĂŒcher waren auch sehr weich... so muss es sein. Kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in diese Region reisen. Gerne hĂ€tte ich noch einen Tag oder zwei verlĂ€ngert... Die Agentur hat aber nicht auf meine Nachricht reagiert. Ebenfalls wĂŒrde ich empfehlen, einen Zettel in der Unterkunft zu hinterlegen, wo das WLAN Passwort notiert ist ;-) Beste GrĂŒsse
