THE SPACE

Selah on the Greens has been thoughtfully renovated with the finishes you'd expect from a luxury property — not a rental. Shiplap accent walls, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and marble tile in the bathrooms. It's a 1981 building that feels brand new inside.

Living Area
The open-concept living and dining area is bright, airy, and built for gathering. Sliding glass doors open fully onto your private patio, bringing the golf course view inside. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a real meal — because sometimes the best beach dinner is the one you make yourself.

Master Bedroom
King bed. En-suite bathroom with floor-to-ceiling marble tile and a walk-in shower. Shiplap headboard wall. Blackout curtains. The master is your sanctuary.

Bedroom 2
Queen bed. Comfortable, well-appointed, with quality linens and plenty of storage.

Bedroom 3

We want to set honest expectations: the beach at Seascape is a short golf cart or car ride from the unit — it is not walking distance. Most guests hop on a golf cart (rentable from La Dolce Vida on the resort property) or drive the 2-3 minutes. It's a genuinely easy trip, but if walkable beach access is a must-have for your family, this is important to know upfront.

Beach gear is included — chairs and umbrellas are accessible for your use so you're not hauling gear from home.

The Miramar Beach and 30A corridor is just minutes away — world-class dining, shopping, watersports, and all the Emerald Coast has to offer.
