Please note: the second sleeping area is located in the loft, which is accessed by a ladder and has a lower ceiling.

Please note the following guidelines to ensure a smooth stay:

- Onsite parking is available for one vehicle at a rate of $19 per night.

- Maximum of one pet allowed up to 50 Lbs and must be approved first.

- Initial set of essentials like toiletries and paper products is provided.

- Stays longer than 14 nights require guests to replenish their own toiletries.

- Early check in at 2:00 PM or late check out at 12:00 PM available for a $50 fee.

- No mailbox access is available for guest mail or packages.

- A mandatory monthly extermination service occurs in the building during business hours. We will notify you in advance if access to the unit is required during your visit. We look forward to hosting you in this beautiful space! Guest is not allowed to decline.

- For stays of 7 nights or more, we kindly require guests to complete our online check-in form. This includes uploading a valid ID and signing the rental agreement.
