Paul Lake Escape - New 4 Bedroom Lake Home

Come find your escape on beautiful Paul Lake! Nestled quietly in the heart of Minnesota lakes country you will find a perfect accommodation to relax and take in the evening sunsets from this new 4-bedroom lake house!

This house was just finished in June! It is serviced with high-speed internet, new appliances and unforgettable memories to be created yet.

On the main floor when you walk in through the front door there’s a ½ bathroom on your left and in front of you is a large family room boasting a 65” smart tv, a gas fireplace and a wall of windows facing west overlooking beautiful Paul Lake and its amazing sunsets. The kitchen and dining area also feature oversized windows to view the lake as you and your family and guests dine. The kitchen has all new appliances and quartz countertops and is stocked with all the essentials such as pots, pans, silverware, glassware, a Keurig with K cups, paper towels, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent.

There is a water purifier that uses innovative UV-C LED technology along with a carbon filter to provide high quality drinking water where you will taste the difference with your very first sip. Additionally in the main living room area there will be an air filtration system that utilizes a pre-filter, a HEPA filter and a carbon filter that removes 99.99% of particles down to .0024 microns. Clean air and water will make your stay even more enjoyable.

Just off of the dining area is a nice sized deck with a 3 burner Weber grill with grilling utensils and outdoor furniture to gather and enjoy the outside, lake views, sunsets and the sound of friends and family enjoying the lake.

4 bedrooms are located upstairs. 3 of the bedrooms have a queen bed, end tables and a multi-function charging outlet. Three of the bedrooms have a 50” smart tv and closet with one of the bedrooms having a 40" smart tv. One of the bedrooms will have two full size beds. The master bedroom faces the lake to the west and there is a balcony to enjoy the view while reading a book or enjoying your morning coffee. The master bedroom also has a master bath that includes a dual quartz sink and a shower. There is a laundry room and a full bathroom on the upper floor as well. A pack and play will be provided for any little ones that visit with you.

The basement has a full bath with a shower and a large family room that has ping pong and foosball tables. There is a 65” smart tv, seating and games along with children’s books.

The lower-level walks out to a concrete patio shaded from the upstairs deck and provides the path to the lake.

All bathrooms will be stocked with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, facial tissue, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

The beach area provides a huge level sandy area to lay out and soak up the sun or have a fire in the firepit provided down by the water’s edge. The lake shore is a sandy beach with a new dock system to fish off or to just take a running jump in the lake. Two kayaks, two paddle boards and life jackets of various sizes are provided. There are 4 sun chairs on the beach for just lounging and soaking up some vitamin D near the sandy shoreline!

Located only 500 feet from the property is a recently constructed multi-use bike path that stretches 20 miles for anyone that wants to go on a walk, jog or bike ride.

Please note that there are steps to get upstairs to the bedrooms, steps to the downstairs and steps down to the lake. Additionally, there is a security camera system overlooking the driveway and front porch areas.

This home turned out amazing and was built as our personal retirement home. Until we get to that point, we are happy to share it with you!
