All bedrooms is equiped with airconditioning.
Both Bathrooms have hot water for showering.

Casa Wechi is located approx 8 minutes away from Sambil Shopping Mall and is 9 minutes away from Flamingo Habitat Parking (Bullenbaai). 12 minutes away from Kokomo Beach, Blue Bay Beach. 13 minutes away from Downtown (otrobanda & Punda) and around 30 minutes away from the most popular natural beaches on the NW of the island. (Cas Abou, Lagun, Jeremi Beach, Knip, Playa Kalki).

Electricity usage (10 kWh per day), water (0.4 m³ per day), and garbage collection are included in the nightly rate.

We will record the electricity meter (kWh) and water meter readings at check-in and check-out to accurately calculate usage. An additional charge may apply only if utility usage exceeds the included allowance. If so, we will always provide proof and communicate this clearly.

For electricity, any additional usage is charged at 1 XCG per kWh. For example, if consumption exceeds the included amount by 10 kWh during your stay, the additional charge would be 10 XCG (approximately $5.71 USD).

For water, any additional usage is charged at $6.86 per m³ at the end of your stay. The included water allowance is almost always sufficient for our guests.

Important to note:
While the neighborhood is still under development, you will not be bothered by noise. Construction is minimal and rarely noticeable. We can confidently say it’s a very quiet and tranquil area. You’ll enjoy peace and privacy throughout your stay.
