Located in the beautiful Vineyard Village section of Eagles Nest, Muscadine Meadow offers the ideal setting for your next getaway. This lovely 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is sure to offer a great stay to your family on your next getaway!

Comfortable and Spacious Bedrooms:
- Main Level King Ensuite: Enjoy the private main-level primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a custom-tiled shower and double vanity for added luxury.
- Upper Level Bedrooms: Two additional king bedrooms provide plenty of space for comfort, while the bunk room is perfect for kids, offering two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. The upper level bedrooms share a bathroom with a custom tiled shower and a double vanity.
All bedrooms come equipped with their own flat-screen TVs for a cozy night in.

The living room boasts vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and a welcoming gas log fireplace — the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration.
A half bath is conveniently located on the main level.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to make a great meal, featuring beautiful granite countertops and ample space for meal preparation. The dining table will comfortably seat 6.

Outdoor Entertainment & Relaxation:
Step out onto the spacious back deck and enjoy an evening in the fresh mountain air. With a large flat-screen TV, a gas log fireplace, Adirondack rocking chairs, a gas grill, and a relaxing hot tub, you'll have all the amenities to create lasting memories.
Just a short path leads you to a fire pit area, ideal for gathering around a nightly bonfire and making s'mores.

Garage Access: Guests are not permitted access to the garage as it is a locked owner space.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.


Additional Notes:
-This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be added at time of booking or by calling at least 1 week in advance. $25 for 2 bundles of firewood and 1 firestarter.
- This home does not include access to or use of the garage.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
- 4WD required for winter months, and chains may also be necessary in times of snow or ice.
- All linens and towels provided.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be added at time of booking or by calling at least 1 week in advance. $25 for 2 bundles of firewood and 1 firestarter.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Returning guests of Muscadine Meadow may receive a 5% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
