Sofisticated and welcoming designer home in The Villages. 1900 sq.ft. of open floor plan to enjoy. Polo fields and polo horses in pasture within walking distance. Walking and biking trails. Short golf cart ride to Spanish Springs or Lake Sumter for nightly entertainment and dining. Championship and executive golf courses and Glenview and Palmer Legends Country Clubs minutes away by golf cart.The bedrooms are designed for ultimate comfort in mattress and pillow selection. This home has three bedrooms-one king bed and two queen beds with five-star hotel quality bed linens and bath towels so you are guaranteed a restful recovery after fun-filled days. Master suite is expansive, walk-in closet, large linen closet, Two sinks and a private shower/ toilet room. Guest bathroom has tub/shower. Enjoy morning coffee on the screened lanai to a yard with fruit trees. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of golf, tennis, pickleball or relaxing by the many available pools nearby, (pool towels provided) this home provides a welcome retreat. Shopping at Homegoods, Costco, grocery stores (Sprouts,Whole Market,Publix,Walmart) and many others accessible by golf cart. A 2021 Yamaha gas golf car is included. We will be available to answer any questions during your stay.
