All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Cleaning service is available upon request during your stay.
A $300 deposit will be charged (via wire transfer) at check-in to cover any damages or non-compliance with the regulations. The deposit will be refunded 48 hours after check-out, once the property has been inspected and is found to be free of missing items, damage, and/or fines for noncompliance with regulations.
Guests will have to sign a notice of privacy and waiver for the home before checking in.
Spring breakers are not allowed, and the right of admission is reserved.
