The space
Our 'JOY' apartment is a fully furnished one-bedroom hall kitchen apartment located amidst the peaceful locality of Aarey colony, Goregaon East. Staying at the 'JOY' Apartment is quite a unique experience. The exquisite Brazilian granite furniture will surely catch your fancy the moment you step into the house. The ambient lights all over the house add to the luxury quotient.
Our apartment is smartly designed to make the best use of the space. There are two convertible sofa beds in the living room that can accommodate surprise guests or friends. A Smart 43ââ LED TV is deployed in the living room for entertainment duties, be it your favorite movie or sport. We offer unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi to facilitate work from home. Should you wish to cook, our kitchen is fully equipped with a gas connection, microwave oven, fridge, water purifier, mixer, utensils, and crockery. The washroom offers a soothing rain shower. A fully automatic washing machine and iron add to your convenience.
The most unique aspect of our apartment, however, is that it perfectly blends the city vibrancy with the sheer tranquility of the Aarey greens. The cascading windows offer a breathtaking view of Powai and Vihar lakes, juxtaposed with city highrises. Early risers can watch the sunrise in its full glory as the city comes to life. You can feel and enjoy mother nature at its best!

Guests will have access to the entire apartment including the kitchen.

* Housekeeping is conducted every alternate day by our trustworthy caretaker.
* At the time of arrival, we provide complete guidance to all our guests regarding the area, market, and transport options. We also offer you bike and scooter rentals at very reasonable tariffs. If you have any questions regarding accessibility, please feel free to message me before making a reservation.
*The electricity bill cap is set at
- 12 units a day.
- 85 units a week
- 360 units a month (for monthly reservations)
Above that, the extra units will be charged at Rs. 12 per unit.
* Guests are humbly requested to switch off the electricals when not in use or while going out of the apartment.
* A Wi-Fi customer service number will be provided to the guests. In case of any disruption in the internet service, guests can directly call the service provider.
* * We have a total of five listings in the same building. Mystical Stay, Blissful Stay, Serene and Comfortable Stay, & Joyful (2). All apartments are exactly similar in terms of size, amenities, comfort, and view. In case of any last moment maintenance issue, if this apartment is not available, one of the other four apartments will be reserved for the guests..
