The Space:

Sun-drenched and open to the elements, this Cabo home invites you to move freely between indoor comfort and outdoor living. From the balcony, ocean and city views stretch out in both directions - a reminder that you're somewhere worth slowing down for. The rooftop becomes a gathering point in the evenings, lit by the fire pit and the open sky above. It's the kind of place that feels just as good on the first morning as it does on the last.



Living space

The layout flows naturally from the living room into the dining area and kitchen, giving the space an easy, unhurried feel. A TV anchors the living area, while sliding doors and large windows keep things bright and airy. An AC split type ductless system and ceiling fans work together to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the day, no matter what the sun is doing outside. A dedicated workspace is also available for those who need it.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick morning coffee to a proper group dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, mini fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and wine glasses, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and barbecue utensils for grilling sessions on the rooftop. A dining table provides a natural spot for shared meals and morning conversation.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. Bed linens, hangers, clothing storage, and room-darkening shades are provided in each room, making it straightforward to settle in and make the space feel like your own - whether you're here for a long weekend or a longer stay.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms and one half bath serve the home, each with hot water. You'll find shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, cleaning products, and a bidet in the bathrooms - the essentials covered so you can pack lighter.



Outdoor living

The patio and balcony offer immediate access to fresh air and views, while the rooftop takes things a step further with an outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, and fire pit. Beach essentials - including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are available for days spent closer to the water.



Family-friendly features

The home is well set up for families traveling with young children. A crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, and window guards are all available on-site. Guests also have access to an outdoor playground.



Community & convenience

An outdoor pool and a shared gym are available to guests. Free parking garage on premises takes one thing off your list, and free street parking is also available nearby. A laundromat is nearby for longer stays, and a free washer - in unit and dryer are available inside the home as well. Self check-in via keypad and a private entrance give you full flexibility on arrival and departure. Luggage dropoff is allowed for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Cleaning is available during your stay for an additional arrangement.

Guest Access:

There are a total of three bedrooms. One backyard area on the ground level, balcony on the second floor from the living room and a rooftop terrace on the third floor with a grill, fire place and patio table.
