Sleeping arrangements

This one-bedroom unit sleeps 2 and features a king bed dressed in cotton linens, complemented by room-darkening shades for restful nights. Air conditioning - split type ductless system keeps the interior cool in Cabo’s warm, coastal climate, while Wifi and a TV provide easy entertainment. Clothing storage: closet, hangers, and essentials ensure you can settle in whether you’re staying a few nights or enjoying a longer visit.



Kitchenette & dining

The kitchenette offers space where guests can heat up and refrigerate food, making it easy to prepare light meals and snacks between outings. You’ll have access to cooking basics and a microwave, along with a mini fridge, coffee maker: drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Start your morning with coffee before heading out, or wind down in the evening with a drink in hand using the wine glasses provided. An outdoor dining area and BBQ grill create an inviting setting to enjoy a relaxed meal in the open air.



Bathroom

The full bathroom includes bathroom essentials and hot water, offering a clean and functional space to refresh after a day in the sun. An outdoor shower adds another option for rinsing off before settling in for the evening.

The home is single level with no stairs in home, allowing for easy movement throughout the space.

Set in downtown Cabo San Lucas, you’re within walking distance of shops, pharmacies, and everyday conveniences. The Marina is about a 15-minute walk away, placing waterfront dining, excursions, and nightlife within easy reach. The building occasionally hosts weekend events, adding a social energy to the environment.



Guest access & convenience

Free parking garage on premises and free street parking simplify arrivals, and self check-in with a keypad allows you to check yourself into the home with a door code. Luggage dropoff allowed can help accommodate early arrivals or late departures, and long term stays allowed make it suitable for extended visits of 28 days or more.



Guest Access:

**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the first floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**

To get around this city we recommend walking since the apartment is located a few blocks from the Cabo San Lucas marina, for long distances we recommend using Uber or car rental, if you require car rental we can recommend the best prices
