The "Haus Hagelstein" offers the "Bernstein" apartment, located on the ground floor, featuring 40m² of space suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Access to the living and sleeping areas, as well as the bathroom, is via a communal corridor. The apartment includes a living/sleeping area with a double bed (2 mattresses of 80 cm x 200 cm) and a small separate bedroom with a bunk bed (90 cm x 190 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. A separate, spacious kitchen is also accessible from the communal corridor.

Each apartment is equipped with Digital-SAT-TV, an LCD television with HD and USB connectivity, a radio/CD/USB player, and Wi-Fi. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the house. A bicycle storage room is available for communal use. Guests are invited to enjoy the communal garden furnished with various seating and beach chairs.
