Please note that while we provide the space in its cleanest condition and conduct regular pest control treatments, our tropical environment makes it more likely for small flying or crawling insects—such as ants, beetles, moths, and millipedes—to occasionally appear in the surrounding area or enter the rooms.
We take every reasonable measure to minimize their presence, but we appreciate your understanding that this is a natural part of being in a lush, tropical setting.
